Shipping and Handling Within the Contiguous U.S. via UPS Ground Service.

  • Shipping and handling charges are flat-rate fees:
    • Order totals up to $25.00 will be charged $6.95
    • Order totals $25.01 to $99.99 will be charged $8.95
    • Order totals over $99.99 will be charged $12.95
    • Applicable sales taxes will also apply to orders
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • All parts orders are shipped via UPS
  • Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Actual shipping times may vary
  • Express delivery is available. Please contact Customer Service


Order Changes, Cancellations or Returns
​Please contact our Customer Service group for modifications to an existing order. Broan-NuTone will accept returns on parts if we are notified within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Refund will be for the purchase price of the product and does not include the original shipping charges.
